Orders

How to change details in my order?

To change the order details (such as ring size , adding or removing a gemstone or metal type) or even request for a cancellation within the first 60 mins following your order. You need to sign in to your registered account in Carat Craft , click on ‘’Dashboard’’ where you can find several options to edit order , delivery address etc. Please note you can not edit details if you have made a guest checkout.

How can I cancel my order after payment?

To cancel an order after payment, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receiving the item. Send us an email at care@caratcraft.ae we will assist you with the cancellation process and refund policy.

How should I track my order?

To track your jewelry order, you can login to your registered account with Carat Craft. You can see the status of your order on a real time basis. We will also email you a tracking number to track your shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer same day delivery ?

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Approximate time to deliver is 2-3 working days in UAE. However each Carat Craft jewelry piece is customized and produced based on the customer's choice of options. We don't work with stock and each product needs to go through the production process. If you need it sooner you can send us a special request by email or whatsapp.

How do I know the shipping charges to my address ?

To know the shipping charges to your country, you can:
1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Enter your shipping address and the shipping options and costs should be displayed.
3. Note: Shipping charges may vary based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

Do you ship to the USA?

Carat Craft Jewellery ships to the USA , Canada , Europe and UK . However we are restricted to ship to some countries due to country trading restrictions. You can view our delivery and shipping countries in detail here Delivery Information

Who pays the shipping cost for returns?

We offer free Shipping when you place an order in the UAE. The cost of return shipping is not covered by Carat Craft and remains the customer's responsibility. They can opt to drop it off at our physical store in Ibn Battuta Mall or arrange via a secure courier company. For international orders you can drop us an email at care@caratcraft.ae

Is shipping insured? Do I have to sign for delivery?

Ring Concierge orders always come with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery! Please know due to the value of the product this is not something we can waive.

If you’re unable to sign for your package, you can request a hold through the FedEx WEBSITE to pick up your package at a local FedEx office. Kindly note that vacation holds are not available.

There will be three delivery attempts before the package is automatically held at a local FedEx Center, or returned to Ring Concierge.
Packages will be held for 2 business days at a FedEx location. If the package is not retrieved within this timeframe it will be returned to Ring Concierge.

The purchaser is responsible for any fees associated with the return of a package to Ring Concierge after failed delivery attempts.

In how many working days can I expect a refund?

It may take 7-10 business days for your funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank. No cash refunds are given.

Can we return our order if we are not satisfied?

We offer a very flexible Return Policy, so you don't need to worry about placing an order and not liking it. Our Return Policy gives you an opportunity to return your product within 10 days following the receipt of your order as long as it meets the return conditions. Please read our Return Policy for further information.

Payment Methods

Bespoke Engagement Ring

For a bespoke engagement Ring. Once you select a diamond, we ask for a 50% deposit within 24-48 hours. This will secure your diamond and we will begin production on your ring! Payment is accepted in the form of bank transfer, cash, or credit card. We also offer financing options. Please email care@caratcraft.ae if you have any additional questions about payment. Before shipping, the remaining 50% must be paid in full

Do you accept cash and card both?

Yes we accept Cash and Credit cards. We also offer installment payment services like Tabby.

Are there any duties charged on checkout?

Prices and shipping fees for international orders do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. Carat Craft is not responsible for these fees, nor for Customs-related delivery delays.If the customer refuses delivery due to government-required costs from the destination country, incurred costs to return the package to sender are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

Do you accept any international currencies?

Yes we do accept USD and GBP.

How do I use a promotion or discount code?

To use a promotion or discount code, follow these steps:
1. Add the desired items to your shopping cart.
2. On the checkout page, look for a field labeled *Coupon Code*
3. Enter the code into the field and click "Apply Coupon".
4. The discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
5. Complete the checkout process by providing payment and shipping information.
Note: Promotion and discount codes have expiration dates and terms and conditions, so make sure to check the details before using the code.

Repairs / Warranty

Do you offer free jewelry cleaning and polishing services?

Carat Craft does not offer free cleaning and polishing services. However, we do offer this service at a small fee. You can process your cleaning/polishing request at our store or whatsapp us at +971507508209

What is your warranty timeline?

Carat Craft warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and/or broken chain.

*Please note that this warranty does not cover lost or stolen pieces.
